Since a study trip to the USA and Canada in 2002 I have been interested in the medical use of mobile computing (handheld, PDA). These devices are not only small sized electronic handbooks, but can perform calculations to provide better results. Unfortunately, in my opinion the true power of this technical area is used too little yet. I have developed some award-winning software concepts that form a beginning in this field, but the bridge to the killer app still has to be crossed.
